The iinspiree team is constantly investing in policies to ensure that our customers are always satisfied. You can request an exchange or return of a product within 7 calendar days of receiving it. The following conditions must be met:

  1. The product must be returned in its original packaging;
  2. The product must be returned without any signs of use or consumption, that is, in the condition in which it was received;
  3. The product must be returned with labels (or protectors) attached, manuals and all accompanying accessories.

IMPORTANT: We will not accept returns if the above conditions are not met.

WHAT TO DO TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN

Send an email to contact@iinspiree.com and report:

  1. Product name;
  2. Order number;
  3. Email registered at the time of purchase;
  4. Reason for exchange or return;
  5. IMAGE OR VIDEO PROVING THE DEFECT, IF ANY.

Once all issues regarding the return of the product have been confirmed, we will inform you of the address to return the product and we will refund you the amount paid for the product and shipping.

1 – I returned a product. When will I receive a refund for my products?

We are sorry that you were not satisfied with your purchase. If the return process has already been completed, as soon as your purchase is received by our team, you will be informed of the date on which the refund authorization will be made. This refund may vary depending on the payment method used for the purchase.

If you paid for your purchase using a credit card , the refund will be authorized on your credit card and processed by the operator. You will receive an email from the operator requesting your bank details to make the direct deposit into your account (:

2 – I have already received a refund for the products, but I have not yet received the return shipping costs. When and how will I receive this refund?

Don't worry! At this stage, we should already have your bank details and proof of payment for the PAC refund. We will send you an email with the date to schedule the payment for the refund. This procedure is carried out directly by the finance department of Store xxxx and, once completed, you will receive proof of the deposit in your email.

Note : The return of the item(s) to the SENDER will be at the expense of the BUYER, if it is found that the item(s) is/are in perfect condition and with its respective labels and packaging, the value of the item(s) will be returned to the BUYER via bank deposit. The exchange will be valid for up to 7 days from the date of delivery. The SENDER will have up to 30 days to refund the value of the product to the BUYER or generate the discount card. Note: It is established that in all exchanges, all original product labels must be intact.

3 – I received the refund on my card, but the installments are still being charged on my bill. Why am I still paying these installments?

Is this the procedure used by credit card companies?! It's a bit confusing, but we'll explain it to you.

A refund is an electronic procedure that is nothing more than the replacement of the credit that was used in the purchase, returning it to your card. This replacement refers to the total amount of the purchase, being charged to the card only once. However, if your purchase was paid in installments, these installments will continue to appear on the invoice as normal, but the total amount will have already been refunded in full. 

5 - I just made a purchase, but I decided not to buy it. Can I request a cancellation?

Of course (: We are sorry to hear about your cancellation request, but we can arrange it without any problems. To do this, you must send us an email requesting the cancellation before the purchase is processed. To ensure that the cancellation is safer, please send us an email within 24 hours of making your purchase.
